Email subscriptions and paid form-service fees are separate. Catalogue prices assume you supply the product names, descriptions, prices and images; catalogue images are covered by the catalogue fee. A static catalogue displays products and does not include checkout or self-service editing.
Copywriting, logo design, extensive image editing, stores, payment integrations, booking systems, logins and backend features are quoted separately.

01 / AGREE

We confirm your pages, any extras and the final quotation. Pay the 50% deposit to get started.
02 / CREATE
Send your content
Once the deposit and complete content arrive, allow an estimated 7–10 business days. Review the design with two included revision rounds.
03 / LAUNCH
Approve and go live
Approve the finished website and pay the balance before launch. Your selected hosting term begins on the launch date.

The practical details on domains, support, renewals and ownership.
Is a domain name included?
No. Domain registration and renewals are quoted separately for approval before purchase. Your domain is registered in your name, and you retain ownership. Domain charges must be paid before registration or renewal.
Does hosting include ongoing edits?
Hosting keeps your website available; it does not include ongoing content edits, new photos, redesigns or new features. A stored copy of your deployed site is kept for restoration. Small content updates start at TT$150 for up to 30 minutes of work.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of changes to the agreed design. Two rounds are included before launch. Additional rounds cost TT$200 each. New pages, features or a substantial change to an approved design require a separate quotation.
What support is included after launch?
Implementation errors reported within 30 days of launch are corrected at no charge. New content and design changes are separately chargeable. Basic search-engine setup is included; search rankings and visitor numbers are not guaranteed.
What happens at renewal?
After your included hosting term, hosting renews at TT$600 per year. Domain names, email and paid third-party services renew separately. We’ll issue a reminder before expiry. Services may be suspended if renewal payment is not received by the expiry date.
Who owns the website?
After full payment, you own the completed custom work and may request a copy of the website files. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Help moving to another host is quoted separately. We’ll ask permission before displaying your site in our portfolio.
What if content is delayed or I cancel?
Delivery estimates begin when the deposit and all required content arrive. Delayed content or approvals move the completion date. On cancellation, completed work and approved third-party expenses are charged against payments received; any unused balance is refunded. Individual quotations are valid for 30 days.
